However, I was disappointed that we didn't have a balcony or rooftop access, which was part of our booking. Also, the lack of breakfast was a letdown, as it was included in the booking details.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Swiss Continental Hotel in Marrakesh. The room was immaculate, luxurious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, leading to some of the best sleep I've had in a while. The service was excellent; the staff made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. However, the only downside was that the windows were not soundproof, leading to some street noise at times. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return!
